1 Can I buy direct from you?

A: Sorry, you can't buy direct from us. We distribute to a number of specialist outdoor stores. Their staff are trained on our products and will give you help and assistance in choosing the right product. Please contact them through the links on our retailer list.

2 Do you have a factory shop?

A: Sorry, we don't have a factory shop. Our retail partners provide great value on products and give you the specialist service needed to get the right product for your needs.

3 Where is my nearest stockist?

A: stockists are listed on our retailer pages. You can search for retailers within your area in this section. Please get in touch with your nearest retailer before visiting the store to check that your product is available. The retailer will provide the most up to date stock information on a large selection of products.

4 Where can I see a specific tent erected?

A: Our premier retail partners have tent display facilities, showing more than 6 products through the season. We ask that you contact them direct if you are looking to see a specific model on show. Please check our Info Hub for information on retailer tent shows and exhibitions throughout the year.

5 I have an old tent - can I still get parts for it?

A: We have spares for most of our tents and will hold most spares for the most current models. Email us with model/year/part/size of the item you need and we will do our best. Alternatively, try your local retailer and they might be able to provide the part.

6 What is the price of a specific product and is it available?

A: We list SRP (sellers recommended price) after all products. As far as availability in store is concerned, we ask that you contact your chosen retailer directly. They will provide the most up to date price and stock information .

7 Which product would best suit my needs?

A: Each of our product sections (tents, rucsacs, sleeping bags & accessories) has an overview page which gives an indication of the type of activity each product is designed for. Also, each sub subsection gives you an overview of its usage. Please get in touch with your local retail if you need more help or advice. Alternatively, contact us and we will help you to find a product that suits your needs.

8 Where/how can I buy product abroad?

A: We have a selection of distributors listed under "international" on our stockist list. Please contact them by email for stockists within these countries.

9 Where can I get a copy of the pitching instructions, or how easy is it to put up a tent?

A:Pitching films are available for all our family tent models. DVDs are included with all our family tents when purchased. If you would like to download the information in a different format to your ipod or phone, please look for the model of tent purchased and you will see pitching information for that model. Written pitching instructions for all our tent models are also available from this website.
